For a period of 1 years Tailored Perfection warrants that the product is free from defects in only the form of production errors.
The warranty only applies, if the following conditions and procedures are adhered to:
The product shall be used solely in accordance with the product specification and the user manual provided by Tailored Perfection.
If you meet the conditions and want to be considered for a repair or return, you can submit a request to us.
Step 1: Send an email to service@tailoredperfection.com with the order number and a brief description of the defect.
Step 2: You will receive an RMA number by e-mail within 2 working days. This number must be mentioned on the packaging used to return the shipment.
Step 3: Within 14 days you will be informed by e-mail and/or telephone about the status. We review your repair request and take it into consideration. If your product meets the warranty conditions, we will ensure that you receive a product that works correctly.
