Scope of warranty

For a period of 1 years Tailored Perfection warrants that the product is free from defects in only the form of production errors.


The warranty only applies, if the following conditions and procedures are adhered to:


The product shall be used solely in accordance with the product specification and the user manual provided by Tailored Perfection.

Return process

If you meet the conditions and want to be considered for a repair or return, you can submit a request to us.


Step 1: Send an email to with the order number and a brief description of the defect.


Step 2: You will receive an RMA number by e-mail within 2 working days. This number must be mentioned on the packaging used to return the shipment.


Step 3: Within 14 days you will be informed by e-mail and/or telephone about the status. We review your repair request and take it into consideration. If your product meets the warranty conditions, we will ensure that you receive a product that works correctly.

How long is the warranty for my product?We follow the warranty conditions that apply. Within this period all repairs that meet the warranty conditions, are repaired free of charge. If it is not possible to repair a product, you will receive a new one at no costs.

Do I have to pay for the repair of my product?If the product can be repaired and it meets the warranty conditions, it will be repaired free of charge. If the fault is due to the product not being used according to the instructions, we have to charge you for the repair. You can then decide whether you want to have the product repaired or not.

How do I have to return my product?You can send us an e-mail at We will contact you within two working days. You will receive an RMA code. You must mention this number on the packaging used to return the shipment.

How long does it take until I receive my repaired product?We try to repair a product within 14 working days after we have received it. We will make sure to inform you on the repair and solution time.
